Preventative Maintenance Agreement

All Pro Plumbing, All Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, will perform the preventive maintenance and diagnostic procedures listed below.

Air Conditioning - Spring Service- (Heat pump Fall Service)

• Check, measure and record refrigerant pressures.
• Check, condenser fan motor bearings and lubricate as needed.
• Clean condenser coil. 
• Check and measure motor capacitor ratings.
• Check compressor running amperage and voltage. 
• Check contactor points and electrical connections.
• Clean condensate drain line. 
• Check blower motor bearings and lubricate as needed.
• Check condition of evaporator surface. 
• Check blower assembly as needed.
• Check thermostat operation and accuracy.

Heating -Fall Service

• Check, Clean and adjust burners and pilot as needed.
• Check for gas leaks.
• Check heat-exchanger for rust and cracks. 
• Check vent pipe connections and termination.
• Check operation of safety controls. 
• Check blower assembly as needed.
• Check condition of evaporator surface. 
• Check return air for leaks.
• Check blower motor bearings and lubricate as needed. 
• Check duct system.
• Clean condensate drain line.

Plumbing Inspection

• Inspect water lines and valves for leakage and corrosion.
• Inspect drainage systems for proper flow and leaks.
• Check incoming house hold water pressure.
• Inspect water heater for water leaks, gas leaks, proper venting and corrosion.
• Inspect toilets and faucets for proper working condition.
• Test household water hardness.
• Inspect water softener for proper working condition.

Parts and Equipment Discount:

Any parts or equipment needed during this agreement will receive a 10 % discount. Labor for repairs and parts replacement will be extra. All Pro Plumbing, All Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service, but shall not be liable for damages or loss caused by delay, nor for any loss arising from performance under this agreement. This agreement will be suspended if customer fails to pay any amount due All Pro Plumbing, All Pro Heating & Air Conditioning., within 30 days from date of invoice. Service will be reinstated when all past due amounts are paid. This agreement is effective only after the payment amount shown below has been made in full, and acceptance has been signed and dated by a representative of All Pro Plumbing, All Pro Heating & Air Conditioning. Accept the judgment of All Pro Plumbing, All Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, as to the best means and methods for corrective repair, and to have the repairs made promptly. This agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice. A refund for the remaining contract period will be made on a prorated basis, with deduction for work already completed.
