I've used All Pro Plumbing services in the past and was pleased with their responsiveness and technical service ... and called on them once again to replace an aging and leaking toilet in the master bathroom. I called the customer friendly service desk and they promptly scheduled Ken Leigh (service technician) at a time convenient to me. Overall experience is "five stars" ... outstanding! Ken took the time to review in detail a number of options available and made it easy to select the best one for my needs ... and followed it up with quality work! He is a "pro" at his trade with a commitment to excellence! Thanks for a job well done!!!

Immediate assessment of jobs...check. Thorough, forthright install...check. One small adjustment resolved on first install...check. Second install had a couple of snags or potential setbacks but not for Ken. He was in it to complete the job no matter what nor how long it took.
